Intense blackberry, dark chocolate, black pepper and liquorice, followed by tar, gun smoke and cured meats, with a long and rich finish.

Our Nebbiolo is focused and complex with a great depth and tight structure. Flavours of cherries and plums, cedar, spices, hints of mushrooms, with spicy, chocolate, leathery and earthy undertones. The concentrated flavours are matched by dense, but supple tannins that lead into a wonderfully long, vibrant finish.

Dark cherry and violets are the first flavours in a kaleidoscope of characters in this unique wine. This obscure variety piqued my interest after tasting the dense and intense wines of Madiran, France, the home of the Tannat variety.
