A beautiful blend of Shiraz carefully selected from Grampians Vineyard, the Man Jack Shiraz is perfectly balanced with good acidity, and fine tannins. 

Grapes were picked at optimum maturity just as we start to taste pepper spice, we know we've found our iconic style. In the cellar, fermentation promotes the development of the wine's outgoing personality. Fruit parcels are kept separate whilst aging in carefully selected older American and French barrels. The parcels are then blended together before bottling.

Dark magenta in colour with red cherry hues, on the nose you'll notice berry fruits and violets with hints of black pepper, leading to a satisfyingly rich smooth wine.
